Hyundai i30 Tyres

For the family-oriented Hyundai i30, the five-door hatchback is its most popular model variant. Other models include the Tourer estate and Fastback. Hyundai i30 tyres can handle the school run and keep their riders comfy and quiet.

In the i30 range, there are no universal fitments since Hyundai i30 tyre sizes differ by generation, model year, body style, trim, engine and factory wheel option. Tyres must be the correct size, load index and speed rating for that individual Hyundai i30. This information can be found on the vehicle sidewall, in the vehicle handbook, or by looking up the vehicle by its registration number. Safety and comfort can then be maintained for the occupants of the Hyundai i30.

Drivers of the Hyundai i30 can look for tyres on Tyres.co.uk based on specifications, brands and prices. After settling on the right tyres for their needs, customers can book their tyre fitting appointment at the fitting location of their choice.

I replaced the two rear tyres after doing the front ones and one tyre from the front and back needs to be inflated every 6 to 8 weeks.

So far, they've been great and quieter than I thought they would be.

The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.

These tyres are okay. It is not really about how long they will last, but the road dangers like potholes, nails, screws, and other crap that is the real issue.

Considering all the potholes we have to avoid and the many speed bumps we have to deal with, I would say these tyres are doing an outstanding job.

They look similar to the budget tyres I have used previously. Perhaps they will last longer. My last cheap ones did 40,000 miles.

I have had excellent performance with these tyres in all kinds of weather. The grip is excellent and the ride quality of my E89 Z4 improved noticeably as soon as I changed from the original run flats.

The tyres are excellent. However, the price has increased quite a lot. A nail went through the tread within a week. I will still choose Tyres.co.uk in the future.

Hyundai i30 Tyres: Questions and Answers

The Michelin Primacy 5 and the Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2 are both listed for the Hyundai i30 at Tyres.co.uk. Both models fit in the size 205/55 R16 91V for the 2023 i30 SE Connect. Prior to any purchase, please make sure to check the driver’s door tyre label and your registration for the load index, speed rating and XL requirements.

The Hyundai i30 has a placard in the centre pillar of the driver side that has information pertaining to tyre and loading that can be seen when the door is opened. The placard has the recommended cold pressures, which should be checked against the sizes on the tyre sidewalls and the registration.

Hyundai i30 models are front-wheel drive and do not have the all-wheel drive requirement for four matching tyres. Hyundai also suggests replacing tyres as an axle pair, with any new pair fitted to the rear axle.
