1/5Zmax LandgemaThey are ugly and in addition to being noisy, they sometimes emit an odour similar to burning rubber. They also became worn down in sub three months with wire pocking out.
5/5Pirelli P ZeroThe tyres offer great performance and grip for the Golf GTD, just like the last ones I had.
3/5Goodyear UltraGrip Performance+There is no clear reason as to why a bump has developed on the side wall of the tyre. Since it is on the drive side, it couldn't be caused by hitting a pothole, but I will unfortunately have to buy a new one. It's really unsafe to keep using it, and I will have to get a new one regardless of how low the mileage is. It could be a defect, but I will need to keep an eye out for the same issues on the other tyres. I hope this is a one-off problem. I believe the garage supplied these tyres.
4/5Bridgestone Blizzak LM005In the dry and wet when it's cold, these tyres usually perform well. I do have my doubts about how any other tyre would have better handled performing poorly, however, on icy surfaces.
5/5Bridgestone Turanza 6The tyres are great. This set has a different tread pattern than my last ones.
4/5Goodyear EfficientGrip PerformanceEverything is going well, and thankfully, I haven't had to encourage them to test their maximum grip!
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
5/5Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2Excellent rain grip and they handle the many potholes around here just fine.
5/5Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2Amazing service. Driving was stressful with my old low-profile tyres because every bump was a potential disaster. The positive reviews gave me the confidence to go for it and now I can drive with confidence once more. I love driving the car again and I'm really happy.
