Uniroyal RainExpert summer tyre focuses on wet weather performance and features a directional tread pattern to evacuate the water as the wheel rotates to clear standing water. The tyres feature longitudinal grooves to transport water to the centre and channel the water to the edges of the tyre, respectively. The water is also accommodated within the tread design. Slits in the tread blocks provide additional traction in moist conditions.
Uniroyal’s summer tyre range replaces the RainExpert with the RainExpert 3. In comparison to the subsequent numbered models, the sidewall of the RainExpert 3 features the original RainExpert and has a directional tread design, which is beneficial for replacing tyres on a fitted vehicle. The Uniroyal RainExpert is available at Tyres.co.uk.
