The Uniroyal RainSport 2 performs best in summer and when there’s heavy rain. The direction of the grooves is V-shaped and the tyres have small channels that draw water away from the contact patch. The grooves have Uniroyal’s Shark Skin Technology, which maintains the direction of water flow with a ribbed surface inspired by shark skin. Pressure is distributed along the curved channels and rubber contact patch to improve response during cornering.
