245/35 R20 tyres are a low profile fitment for some BMW 5 Series and 8 Series models. The 245 is the width in mm. 35 makes the sidewall height 35% of 245mm, which is 86mm. R20 indicates that the tyre is of radial construction and is mounted on a 20-inch rim. The overall diameter of the tyre is 680mm. This fitment has a short sidewall to accommodate a 20-inch wheel.
