The Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport R is a legal tyre for use on the road, with endurance for track use built for summer conditions. The SuperSport R incorporates a racing tyre tread for sprint and endurance racing for high-performance road cars. The SuperSport R incorporates an asymmetric tread design, with large tread blocks on the outer shoulder to support the tyre during cornering. A longitudinal rib on the inner shoulder provides rapid, precise steering response, and a water evacuation groove makes the tyre usable in wet conditions. Goodyear’s RacePro compound is a racing compound that incorporates a high-friction rubber compound for repeated use on dry tarmacked surfaces.

The Eagle F1 SuperSport R is built for road use, while the R version is for track use. Certain version of the SuperSport R incorporate N0 on the sidewall, meaning that tyre is Porsche’s approved replacement for the specified Original Equipment, meaning that they were built to Porsche’s specification. Tyre review for Goodyear Eagle F1 Supersport R 245/35R20 95Y XL
I have excellent traction in the rain with these. I changed out the Pirelli Pzeros on my Focus ST since they didn't feel safe in the rain and only lasted 10,000 miles in the front. The Goodyears are slightly louder at higher speeds, but that's the only issue.
