Product description & features

The Farroad FRD88 is a budget-friendly summer tyre designed for passenger vehicles. It incorporates an asymmetric tread design with 4 longitudinal grooves that handle water flow through the tread during wet conditions. These grooves help split the tread design into different sections, with the solid rib in the centre providing continuous support for the outer tread sections. The tyre is designed with an emphasis on both wet grip and low rolling resistance. It is built with a tread compound rich in silica.

The FRD88 incorporates a variable pitch tread design to reduce noise at motorway speeds. For vehicles that need to accommodate higher weight requirements, the FRD88 is made available in select sizes in a reinforced (XL) construction. Tyres.co.uk offers the Farroad FRD88, including reinforced construction.
