5/5Vredestein Quatrac 5They have improved how my 1998 Polo drives. The ones it came with were awful. I was the first to change them to Vredesteins. While it's not an easy size to find now, i'm glad I did not compromise on price and quality with some unknown brand. I have them. I have decent grip, comfort and silence. A year later, they are still well.

5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
5/5Goodyear EfficientGrip Compact 2These tyres were fitted last month and I've been enjoying using them. Good handling and even better in the rain. I love how much traction they have, it makes driving in everyday situations a lot better. Would recommend.
