5/5Bridgestone Blizzak LM005Wonderful!! Rural living comes with slushy roadways and, more recently, flooding.
5/5Bridgestone Blizzak LM005They are a touch more stable in the rain versus the Alenzas. I haven't had a chance to see how they perform in snow yet.
5/5Continental Eco Contact 5I saved over £30 compared to what my local supplier quoted over the phone. Very good fitter and fully deserves 5 stars. Well done to the fitting branch.
5/5Yokohama BluEarth E70ESo far, I have experienced great performance in all weather conditions. They feel solid and reliable, and give me the confidence to handle the wet winter roads. Of course, I hope they last a reasonable amount of time.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
4/5Kumho Ecsta PS71The tyres provide excellent grip which instills me with confidence managing corners and driving in wet conditions - a must in Scotland!
