5/5Infinity EcomaxThe job the tyres are doing is commendable. There is an absence of extra noise and handling in both dry and wet weather is a cinch (I'm not a speed demon!). The tread also appears to be lasting well.
4/5Continental Conti Sport Contact 3The road noise is surely an improvement over the Michelin PS2s. Hopefully these last longer than the previous set, which lasted me 16,000 miles. The garage that put them on was super nice and appreciative. I would definitely return.
5/5Continental All Season Contact 2These new tyres are better than the EcoContact 5 (or 6?) that came with the car when I bought it and had to be replaced after 22,500 miles - which I found to be a bit low. I've had these new tyres for about 1,500 miles. The difference is clear. The new tyres are quieter and give a better ride irrespective of the road. The grip while cornering has improved a lot as well. I was surprised at how much better these tyres are. The fuel consumption is the same. The tyre noise while travelling at 70 mph on the motorway is almost silent. I've only used these tyres in the cold and in the rain, ice and some snow, and they've done well in all these conditions. I don't know how they will perform in the summer but I don't see any faults now. My family travels in the best tyres and that makes me happy.
4/5Compasal SmacherThese Compasal Smacher tyres are okay. They have nice traction on dry surfaces, but not as great in the rain.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)I immediately noted increased traction both in the wet and dry - I feel like I'm behind the wheel of a completely different vehicle.
4/5Kumho Ecsta PS71The tyres provide excellent grip which instills me with confidence managing corners and driving in wet conditions - a must in Scotland!
