5/5Nokian Seasonproof 2The online booking was a doddle and the tyres were waiting when I arrived. Fitters were polite and had the job finished promptly. Would happily return.
5/5Pirelli P Zero Nero GTThese tyres are amazing in all conditions. Rain, snow, mud, or dry roads, they are equally amazing.
4/5Pirelli P Zero Nero GTOverall it was good - I noticed the pressure of a few of the tyres in the first months drop slightly. When I looked, the pressure had decreased a bit which I thought was due to them settling in. It hasn't happened again since.
5/5Hankook Kinergy Eco (K425)I have no issues so far, so I have chosen to order one more to complete the set.
5/5Bridgestone Turanza ER300I strongly suggest using these tyres. They manage all kinds of weather really well and I've seen improved fuel efficiency also. After some time, I've noticed the tread is still in good condition.
4/5Uniroyal RainExpert 5Offers reasonable grip on dry surfaces, and excellent grip on wet surfaces. Due to the design of the tyre, you will experience significant lateral shifts after they warm up and you drive more aggressively. In terms of track performance, they underperformed in dry conditions because they didn't have the expected traction, but that's understandable. Given the price, these will stay on 14 inch alloys for very rainy days, and I will choose tyres with improved dry grip for my 15 inch alloys.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
