My vehicle felt like it was on tracks, but I lost grip with both front and back wheels on the same path with non-winter tyres. The Highlands have particular winter driving conditions and therefore the right tyres are essential. I also tried to make the wheels spin in the ski area car park from a standstill in 1st gear and reverse and the grip was solid the whole time.

I'm happy with the tyres and the team at Bar Hill!
5/5Goodyear EfficientGripThese tyres are run-flats, so they will be a bit of a firmer ride. However, I'm primarily a motorway driver, and these are nice and quiet. For a more comfortable ride, I would consider non-run-flats, but because my car doesn't have a spare, I didn't want to take the chance.

4/5Michelin Agilis 3Really good performance on my short wheelbase motorhome. They provide good grip and offer a smooth ride. The sidewalls do feel a bit soft which may contribute to a bit more roll than normal. I chose these van tyres over the motorhome-specific ones because of the lighter weight, higher speed rating, and softer ride. Let's hope this was a good choice.

5/5Kumho Crugen HP71They have been doing a good job. These are the tyres that my car came with originally and the first set lasted a long time. I have never had them lock up or skid, but I do drive sensibly. When I have had to stop quickly or speed up to avoid a situation, they have held up great.
