Kia Soul Tyres
The distinctive design of the compact crossover makes it well suited for urban driving, commuting and general driving. Kia Soul tyres need to support reliability in wet weather, the comfort of dampened ride noise, and require an overall sense of composure when driving, and an overall sense of control in the changeable driving conditions of the UK. Design of the tyres that focus on efficiency can also support the cost-effective design of daily driving use.
The Kia Soul has many different variants that include different generations, model years, trims, engine variants, and factory wheel options. Variants like this mean that a single tyre size does not apply to an entire Kia Soul model. The correct tyre size of the Kia Soul, load index, and speed rating can be established by checking the existing tyres sidewall, the vehicle handbook, or the vehicle registration. Safety, comfort and overall the desired response of the Kia Soul are supported by matching the approved specification.
Kia Soul drivers can compare performance, price, and brand, as well as wet weather performance and comfort, and efficiency on Tyres.co.uk. Kia Soul drivers can book their tyres to be fitted at a local participating garage.
Bridgestone Turanza T001
Tyre review for Bridgestone Turanza T001 225/40R18
No significant difference from the prior set of tyres. Changed them when they were about 2.5mm worn, whereas these new ones started with only 6.5mm.

Tyre review for Bridgestone Turanza T001 225/50R17
The old Bridgestone tyres were only changed because of some deterioration after lasting six years on the car.

Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance
Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 195/60R15
These tyres are okay. It is not really about how long they will last, but the road dangers like potholes, nails, screws, and other crap that is the real issue.

Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 205/50R16
They show little to no signs of wear and look brand new.

Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 215/45R17
Considering all the potholes we have to avoid and the many speed bumps we have to deal with, I would say these tyres are doing an outstanding job.

Tyre review for Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 215/45R17
They look similar to the budget tyres I have used previously. Perhaps they will last longer. My last cheap ones did 40,000 miles.

Michelin CrossClimate 2

Exceeded expectations when it came to grip in all conditions, very confidence boosting.

Superb grip also in rainy conditions.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 215/55R16
Great tyres, handle high speeds with no problems, and are amazing in the rain. They also perform really well on country roads. They initially worried me as to how fast they would wear out due to how good the grip was, but they have retained a surprising amount of tread. I will definitely purchase again.

Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 235/40R19
I think they will do well; they are all season and look like they have good traction.
Airah Morrow
Tyre review for Michelin CrossClimate 2 215/55R16
These tyres are awesome; they have amazing grip for all season types. They do just as well in rainy conditions as they do in snowy ones (I tried to skid on the snow, but I stayed in control. maybe I wasn't really trying?). Also being extra load tyres gives me confidence when going out camping holidays, pulling all our stuff, the roof box, and the kids' bikes. I would definitely buy them again!

The Kia Soul tyre options at Tyres.co.uk include the Michelin Primacy 5 energy and Bridgestone Turanza 6 at 205/60 R16 96V XL for 2017-on UK '1' models. Other grades of Kia Soul use 215/55 R17 or 235/45 R18, so check the placard size, load index, speed rating and XL specification prior to ordering.
Tyre-size details for Kia Soul can be found on the tyre-and-loading placard located on the driver's-side centre pillar, which can be viewed when the driver's door is opened. The placard lists the OEM tyre size, along with load/speed ratings and cold pressure requirements; these should be cross-checked with the tyre sidewall and registration.
There is no requirement to change all four tyres at once on a Kia Soul. Since all versions of the Kia Soul and Soul EV/e-Soul are front-wheel drive, there is no all-wheel-drive requirement that would necessitate changing tyres in sets. You may replace tyres in sets on the same axle. When changing two tyres, the UK safety guidelines recommend fitting the new tyres to the rear axle.
