Porsche Macan Tyres

The Porsche Macan is a sporty compact SUV comfortable enough for daily driving. Tyres for the Porsche Macan will provide improved performance for stopping and steering on wet roads, as well as added grip. There are options that are more focused on the driving experience and comfort on longer trips with less road noise.

The Porsche Macan is manufactured in many variations and it is not feasible to have a single tyre fitment for every iteration. Sportier Macan models and packages focused on performance place an emphasis on steering. The other models and packages focus more on a smooth ride for comfort on daily drives. The correct tyre size, load, and speed for the Macan can be found in the tyre sidewall, the vehicle handbook, or through the vehicle registration.

Tyres.co.uk gives Porsche Macan owners an ability to view and choose suitable tyres for their Macan based on options for pricing, performance and brands. Ensuring the correct specification for the Porsche Macan tyre helps preserve the intended safety, comfort and performance characteristics.

Michelin Latitude Sport 3

The tyres were reasonably priced and compared with the ones originally provided with the vehicle.

The car came fitted with these tyres and, despite the price, I have been very pleased with them. I only changed them as they were flagged on an MOT for some cracking on the sidewalls after six years, despite there still being over 2.5mm of tread remaining. They are great, durable tyres.

Still breaking them in but I'm already seeing less skidding on the damp roundabouts!

These are run flat tyres, and I chose to stay with the same brand as came with the car. They're not the quietest and could roll better, but your prices were competitive and the garage down the road did a good job fitting them.

Observed a higher amount of noise from the road when driving.

The Pirellis are doing really well. They are certainly much better than my last Continentals, especially at providing a more confident feeling at the front when it is raining.

These tyres are excellent. They are much quieter than the original ones on our Mercedes and they handle much better. They give you a good grip on the road even when it's raining heavily. Good job Michelin!

I have experienced noticeable reduction of road noise, and much better, more responsive steering (even with slight tyre pressure reduction). After driving a few miles, I noticed the car was able to better handle wet road conditions, and I have found it to be more comfortable.

I have had excellent performance with these tyres in all kinds of weather. The grip is excellent and the ride quality of my E89 Z4 improved noticeably as soon as I changed from the original run flats.

The tyres are excellent. However, the price has increased quite a lot. A nail went through the tread within a week. I will still choose Tyres.co.uk in the future.

FAQs About Porsche Macan Tyres

At Tyres.co.uk, the tyre options for the Porsche Macan are Pirelli P Zero and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV tyres with sizes 265/45 R20 for the front and 295/40 R20 for the rear of the 2022 Macan T. This staggered fitment is subject to the door-placard load and speed rating restrictions, so please verify the registration before placing the order.

The Porsche Macan's tyre size can be found on the tyre-pressure placard located on the driver's side B-pillar/door jamb (visible when the driver's door is open) and on the sidewalls of each tyre. The placard indicates the approved wheel and tyre combinations; for details on the specifications fitted to your Macan, please use the registration search.

While the Porsche Macan may not always need four tyres, the petrol Macan's all-wheel drive system has specific requirements for axles to have the same make, model, type, and specification code of tyres, and tread depths must be within 30% of each other. Regarding the replacement of two tyres, as per UK tyre-safety recommendations, the new pair should be fitted to the rear axle.
