Fiat 124 Tyres
Alongside the classic family saloon vehicles, the Fiat 124 name has been used on the Fiat 124 Spider roadsters. Therefore, the kinds of tyres used on these vehicles has and will change depending on their generation as well as their designated purpose. Fiat 124 Spider tyres need to maintain consistent grip and provide braking assistance in the wet. Additionally, long road trips will be assisted by reduced rolling resistance and road noise. Finally, in order to keep the responsive steering of the roadster, all-round grip and handling need to be maintained.
The Fiat 124 tyre sizes change depending on the generation, trim, engine, and factory wheel options. The sidewall of the current tyres, the vehicle handbook, or the registration even help to confirm correct fitment when replacing Fiat 124 tyres. The approved tyre size, load index, and speed rating need to be met in order to keep the intended handling, comfort and safety of the vehicle.
Tyres.co.uk gives Fiat 124 drivers the ability to compare a variety of tyres depending on price, performance, and brand prior to scheduling a convenient location for them to be fitted.

Kumho Ecsta PS71
Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta PS71 255/40R17
Initially, the tyres were fitted during pleasant weather, and they impressed us with their grip and silence. They were much better than the cheap ones we had before. Now, with the cold snap, they are also handling brilliantly with ice, so we look forward to seeing how they will do when the snow comes.

Tyre review for Kumho Ecsta PS71 225/35R20
Great traction on wet and dry surfaces and the tread holds up well. They could be slightly noisier than the Pirelli ones I had before, though the better performance compensates for that.

The Fiat 124's tyre options at Tyres.co.uk include the Michelin Primacy 5 and Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 205/45 R17 88W XL for 124 Spider models with OEM 17-inch wheels. Please confirm the registration and the door-placard specs before placing the order as 16-inch OEM wheels have a different fitment.
The tyre sizes for the Fiat 124 Spider can be found on the tyre-pressure placard located on the right-hand door pillar in UK right-hand-drive models, which is visible when the driver's door is opened. Though the tyre sidewall shows the fitted size, the placard should be used to determine the approved specification.
The Fiat 124 Spider guidance is to replace all four tyres together and use the same make and type on each wheel. The Fiat 124 Spider is rear-wheel drive and does not have four wheel drive versions that require driveline-matched tyres. If only two tyres are replaced, the new ones should be positioned on the rear axle.
