Fiat 500L Tyres

With its five doors and upright cabin, Fiat 500L is the ideal vehicle to shuttle the family to and from school and carry out all other activities in between. If Fiat 500L tyres are to support the vehicle in its role as a family car in these conditions, they must support traction on wet road surfaces and provide safe stopping. Comfort, quieter rides, and better fuel economy are features of the tyres that are suitable for the Fiat 500L.

The various generations, model years, trim levels, engines and factory options offered by Fiat 500L require different sizes of tyres for each variation, so each must have precisely the right fitment. The correct size, along with load and speed, can be identified on the sidewall of the current tyres, the owner's guide and by the vehicle registration. Having the correct tyres fitted helps keep the Fiat 500L safe and comfortable for the family.

For each of the various Fiat 500L models, Tyres.co.uk provides information on features and price to help select the best tyre and then offers secured bookings for their fitting at a convenient garage near the user.

Fits the rim well, and is mid-range quality and pricing.

The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

They are beautiful tyres, and they help me to be confident and calm when driving. If only the roads were built to the same standard!

Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

The moment I changed to the new tyres, the difference in the car's handling was apparent as opposed to the old set, which was due for a change regardless. With the cold and wet weather ahead, the grip and road holding have noticeably improved.

These tyres are okay. It is not really about how long they will last, but the road dangers like potholes, nails, screws, and other crap that is the real issue.

Considering all the potholes we have to avoid and the many speed bumps we have to deal with, I would say these tyres are doing an outstanding job.

They look similar to the budget tyres I have used previously. Perhaps they will last longer. My last cheap ones did 40,000 miles.

Better traction of these tyres gives them better stopping distance. Previous tyres, of the same brand, had more than 2mm of tread, yet their stopping distance was clearly worse.

Fiat 500L Tyre Questions Answered

With 16-inch wheels, the Fiat 500L models available at Tyres.co.uk come with Michelin Primacy 5 and Continental UltraContact options in 205/55 R16 91V. They exceed the factory H speed requirement for that fitment. Please check the tyre label along with your vehicle's load and speed limits on the driver's door to confirm before ordering.

You can find the cold-pressure and tyre-size information regarding the Fiat 500L on the tyre information label on the driver's door pillar (next to the driver's seat). Similar markings appear on all the sidewalls of the tyres; however, use the placard and owner's manual to verify the specifications of the wheels that are approved for fitment.

The Fiat 500L doesn't need all four tyres to be replaced at the same time since it is front-wheel drive. Therefore, there is no four-wheel-drive system that requires the same tyres to be used front to back. Tyres can be replaced on an axle pair basis where possible, and in accordance with UK tyre safety guidelines, when replacing two tyres, place the new ones on the rear axle.
