1/5Bridgestone Potenza SportThe experience has been bad as I have already had to replace them. I bought these tyres based on Mercedes recommendation for the Mercedes C300 cabriolet. I usually drive in eco mode, on dual carriageways, and with cruise control. I fitted the tyres on January 26 and after only two months and 4,000 miles I was experiencing dangerous slipping of the car in wet conditions. Upon inspection of the back tyres, I found them to be nearly bald. This was after 2 months which does not match the expectations set for the tyres as they supposedly have good road grip. I have now changed to non-sport tyres.
5/5Bridgestone Potenza S001I've had these tyres for about a year and covered just over 7000 miles, and they've maintained excellent condition. I've had no issues with braking and they grip well around corners. I feel confident to drive a little more aggressively sometimes. My little two-seater handles great.
5/5Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21These tyres have great traction regardless of the weather. I also appreciate the fuel economy of these tyres. Also, I utilised the local garage option and the timing was very flexible.
5/5Pirelli P ZeroTraction has improved a lot over the old budget tyres. No more wheel spin when taking off in the rain.
5/5Pirelli Cinturato P7Pirelli tyres are a great option if you're unsure! They have great traction in the rain and they are long-lasting at a fair price.
4/5Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21The performance has been satisfactory. Depending on the type of road surface, they can make a little bit of noise, but it is not really significant. We have not had any snow yet but they have coped with icy roads without any problems. They have also cope good with rain, which is a lot in Cornwall. They are wearing nicely and we are pleased with them overall.
5/5Yokohama BluEarth-GT AE51These provide better cornering than my previous Avons. I feel more confident with these fitted. I'm satisfied with these and would think about buying them again.
5/5Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 (K117)The performance of these tyres has been remarkable. On dry tarmac, they are safe and responsive and give excellent control at higher speeds. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the grip was and at how good the brakes performed in the wet. They are comfortable and quiet too. Overall I feel confident driving, whatever the weather.
5/5Pirelli Powergy 2Great tyres, feel very secure driving. Definitely worth the price for the peace of mind.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 6)An excellent all-round tyre for performance in all weathers with quieter performance than some other competing brands. They also have a well designed should which provides a little protection for the wheel.
5/5Bridgestone Turanza T005That's correct. There's really nothing more to be said other than they are performing the tasks as expected.
5/5Yokohama Advan Sport V105Excellent traction while driving on wet roads. Tyres make little noise on the road.
5/5Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21These tyres provide great value for money. They cope with a range of weather conditions, are reasonably priced, and have low rolling resistance (I adjust tracking once a year and also do routine checks on tyre pressure). They did a great job for me before so I was happy with them.
5/5Pirelli PowergyOffers a great performance, comfortable and silent ride, and great cornering handling.
5/5Pirelli P ZERO (PZ5)These tyres are a lot better than the PZ4s that came with the car. They are better on wet roads, and I feel I have better control over the car.
3/5Bridgestone Turanza EcoThe tyres are high quality. I am sure they perform well in any weather. Anyhow, I couldn't try another brand since the car manufacturer limited my options.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 5PSteering response has clearly improved with the new tyres, and road noise has slightly decreased as well.
5/5Continental Premium Contact 6At this point, they seem to be both fashionable and function exceptionally well.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 5The exceptional handling of this car offers the sensation that the vehicle is perfectly attached to the road surface.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 7For the past ten years, I have been using the same brand and model of tyres on my car and have never had a problem. Their reliability and grip in both wet and dry conditions has never given me any reason to consider a different manufacturer.
2/5Continental Premium Contact 7It was a shock for me to learn from this email that my tyres are only 10 months old. I presumed they were older, so I'm astonished by how much they have deteriorated in that time.
5/5Goodyear Vector 4 Season G3I look forward to seeing how the tyres perform long-term, although I can tell they're doing a good job in various weather conditions right now.
5/5Uniroyal WinterExpertOverall, great experience. Delivery was quick, and the fitters were nice and quick.
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport 5The driver receives great feedback from the tyres, and they provide great grip.
