4/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RTUp to this point, they appear to be fine, no problems at all. Time will be the best judge as to how long they will hold up.
4/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RTThe tyres are good in all weather conditions and grip well. They are also much quieter than the contenders. I am satisfied.
4/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RTFitted these to the front of the car a few weeks back and they have been fine so far. Grip is good in the dry and they are quiet enough on the motorway, though the ride is a bit firm over rough roads.
3/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RTThey appeared to be just an average set of tyres and I thought they had reasonable traction in the rain, although I do drive cautiously. They did seem a bit noisy to me, which is the main reason I won't be purchasing that brand again. The usage and damage were typical, but since I recently sold the car, I can't comment on how long they lasted.
5/5Dunlop SP SportMaxx RTGood traction in every weather condition and even tyre wear on the front tyres.
4/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 6)On dry surfaces, they are okay. I have not been able to try them in really wet conditions, so I can't comment on that. From my experience, these tyres feel better than my previous Bridgestone ones, as I can take more confident corners. Still, they feel less than the Michelins PS4s I had on my other car.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
5/5Bridgestone Turanza T005I fitted the same tyres again as I prefer to comply with the recommendation of the car manufacturer.
