5/5Dunlop SP Sport BluResponseI've fitted them on the rear, so it is difficult to evaluate their performance. However, they are the same as the front ones in every way except for age, and front ones are excellent.
5/5Infinity EcomaxCar - 2003 Mini Cooper S (R53). When purchasing the vehicle, it had Falken tyres with about 3mm tread left, mounted on 17 inch wheels. Given the poor quality of the roads in the UK, I decided to switch to 16 inch alloys and slightly wider tyres which have a greater vertical sidewall dimension (higher sidewall) to help them absorb more bumps. After making this change, the car feels much better on the road, while still retaining all its original handling. It feels more planted and secure on the drier roads. The only downside I have found is that in very wet conditions, they can tend to lose grip if you put your foot down. Other than that, I would choose these tyres again and again for the lifespan of the car.
3/5Goodyear Vector 4 Season G2Reasonable in wet conditions, but the tyres seem to slide on the tread when turning. They don't compared to summer tyres in regards to dry grip, which is what you'd expect.
5/5Powertrac ECOSPORT X77Wonderful performance until now, great hold in wet circumstances, very happy with this selection for my vehicle.
5/5Michelin CrossClimate+These are excellent. Especially notable is their grip and stability in wet conditions and their braking performance.
5/5Lanvigator Catchfors A/SI am very satisfied with these tyres, they grip nicely and handle very well in wet conditions.
4/5Goodyear EfficientGrip PerformanceEverything is going well, and thankfully, I haven't had to encourage them to test their maximum grip!
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31The front tyres will most likely need to be replaced soon, while the rears are about halfway worn. Traction in wet conditions is good and the wear seems to be what would be expected.
5/5Kumho Ecowing ES31I bought Kumho Ecowing ES31s after one of my front tyres surrendered after I hit a huge pothole on a bad road in the New Forest. The old tyre did 15,000 miles and was already a replacement. The other front tyre was changed as well as it was getting slashed by sharp stones and flint on the gravel road I drive on daily to get to the main road. These tyres are brilliant value for money, offering great grip on both dry and wet roads. They don't seem to wear out quickly as the rubber looks long-lasting and the tread is still almost new after 4,000 miles. They are quiet for a tyre on the motorway and I have driven a bit more carefully and there was an improvement noticed with fuel economy, about 10-12 miles more per tank. Now I get around 485 miles for a fuel consumption of 40 litres of diesel, …
