Peugeot 4007 Tyres

The Peugeot 4007 is a mid-size SUV that needs a certain kind of tyre for everyday use and an SUV-specific tyre for wet weather and dry braking. Peugeot 4007 tyres can minimise noise and improve comfort for trips of any length. Peugeot 4007 tyres can also help reduce the frequency and duration of trips to the mechanics. COVID-19 drastically changed the way consumers travel. Tyre comfort is important for this SUV and because of the overall design of the Peugeot 4007, the tyres must support the manufacturer's recommended carrying capacity.

Because of the various model years, trims, engines, and factory installed wheels, the Peugeot 4007 has no universal fitment. This means that none of the tyres are the same. Tyre size, load index, and speed rating can be found by checking the manufacturer's specifications, the current tyre sidewall, or the owner's manual.

Tyres.co.uk allows drivers to search for Peugeot 4007 convenience tyres and filter based on brand, performance, and price, and allows users to book local tyre fitting at a preferred garage.

I think Michelin tyres cost more than other brands, but they are still the best option for an important component of my car.

I am really happy with how they perform. No problems at all in any weather.

The tyres seem to wear out at an average/European rate. The pattern appears to have more flex/movement in the actual tread, as if it's bending. They are good in the colder months, but I have yet to test them in any significant snow. Fuel efficiency has decreased slightly by around 2-3%.

I only wear these in winter. They performed decently last year in all the rain.

More grip overall especially on wet surfaces. Compared to the factory-fitted tyres, braking has improved. There is less noise from the road and the ride is more comfortable.

They're ok the smooth car rides it, but they aren't good on wet roads, especially when turning.

Excellent traction and they look nice too. They are not quite as easy to drive on as the cheap michelins, but with how much stiffer the tyres are than michelins, I would assume they will last longer. Overall, a great tyre. I would buy them again, and I would gladly recommend them to other people!

A trustworthy and reliable tyre can perform equally as well as the Continentals I have in front. I'm looking to change them out soon.

Your Peugeot 4007 Tyre Questions Answered

For the Peugeot 4007, tyres available at Tyres.co.uk include the Pirelli Scorpion and Michelin CrossClimate 2 225/55 R18 98H which fit the factory 18-inch wheel sets. Check for size, load index, speed rating, and other specifications on the passenger door centre pillar sticker and vehicle registration.

The sizes of the tyres for the Peugeot 4007 can be located on the tyres/paint label of the centre pillar of the passenger door. After opening the passenger door, look at the body-side centre pillar. This refers to the cleared sizes of both wheels and tyres, the cold tyre pressure (and the spare tyre) as well as paint code.

Because of the on-demand four-wheel-drive system on the Peugeot 4007, matching tyres and wheels of the same size, type, and wear must be used. This means that in most cases, all four tyres have to be replaced. If a garage says that only one axle can be replaced while keeping the requirement, the new pair must go to the rear axle.
