4/5Michelin Pilot Sport 3Yes. However, the back end can sometimes slide out. Just typical quirks of the MX5.
4/5Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2The tyres are smooth, but I can't say how they perform differently since I always use this brand on my car.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 7I replaced the tyres to be the same as the ones currently on my vehicle.
4/5Dunlop Sport Maxx RT2Exceptional performance regardless of the weather, and does not pick up much noise from the street.
5/5Yokohama Advan Sport V105While they perform well in the rain, I don't know how they would perform in the snow.
4/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)The car does feel a little different with the new tyres, but I'm not sure how. They seem to steer a bit more quickly, but it's not as stable. And if I'm being honest, I'm not a huge fan of the look of the tyres. My old Continental tyres had a flatter side profile which I preferred.
4/5Yokohama Advan Sport V105They are doing a good job, but I doubt that they will be able to hold on for long.
5/5Uniroyal RainSport 5Excellent handling. Mancunian rain poses no problem and manages surface water on the road with ease.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)Excellent, gives better feedback on the road and even more turning seems to give a softer feeling ride.
5/5Bridgestone Potenza S007With enhanced grip and handling, the car feels more secure and provides a smoother ride.
5/5Goodyear Eagle F1 SupersportFunctions correctly whether there is rain or sunshine. Provides a lot better traction and control in the rain than the Pirelli P Zeros I used to have on the car.
5/5Pirelli P ZeroThe grip these tyres offer is phenomenal and they really surpass the competition. Definitely worth the price.
5/5Continental Sport Contact 6Outstanding grip and reassurance, even while it was raining. I had to make an emergency trip to a hospital on a wet and well-known A-road with our family pet. These tyres were phenomenal.
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SExcellent tyres, especially for the condition of a lot of UK roads. They give you a lot of confidence in poor weather conditions and are the best choice for handling on the tarmac. Recommended to all.
4/5Michelin Pilot Super SportThe tyres appear to be fine, however, one of the wheels is heating up and smoking. Do you think it could be due to the fitter changing the alignment?
5/5Michelin Pilot Sport 3They perform excellently in all weather conditions, and they handle wet conditions better than the Avons handle dry conditions.
4/5Kustone Passion P9SOverall, reasonable tyres considering the price, good grip, although not the best in deeper snow.
4/5Nankang AS-2+So far, I am happy with the service and the tyres. I appreciated the garage explaining everything. Having the right fit changes how my car drives.
