235/65 R19 is a large tyre size suited to larger SUVs. The first number, 235, is the width of the tyre, followed by the sidewall height which is 65% of the tyre width at 153mm. R19 states the tyre is radial and fitted to a 19-inch rim which makes the overall diameter of the tyre 788mm.
