Saab 9-3 Tyres
The Saab 9-3 is available as a saloon, an estate and a convertible and so has varying practical requirements for its tyres. Saab 9-3 tyres need to cover the UK commute and motorway drives. Saab 9-3 tyres need to support comfort and minimise road noise whilst maintaining good fuel efficiency. Saab 9-3 tyres should also provide good wet grip and braking performance.
From year to year, engine to engine and trim to trim, the Saab 9-3 has been built with varying wheel sizes to suit the needs of each model. The correct Saab 9-3 tyres, when fitted to the recommended specifications, help achieve a safer, comfortable and assured drive. Each Saab 9-3 has a tyre sidewall code that will be accompanied by a load index and a speed rating. These should be checked along with the owner's manual before purchasing tyres.
With Tyres.co.uk, Saab 9-3 owners can find relevant tyres based on their driving needs, as well as see comparisons based price and performance. With Tyres.co.uk, you can book a fitting with a local tyre centre.
Avon ZV7
Tyre review for Avon ZV7 225/40R18
Fits the rim well, and is mid-range quality and pricing.

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 225/50R17
The existing tyres are doing an adequate job but my expectations for how long the front tyres would last were higher. Most of my driving is local, and there are a lot of roundabouts in this area.

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 225/45R17
They are beautiful tyres, and they help me to be confident and calm when driving. If only the roads were built to the same standard!

Tyre review for Avon ZV7 215/45R17
Avon ZV7 tyres provide excellent performance on the wet country roads and the rainy weather where I drive. They help with fuel economy and last a long time before needing to be changed. I feel confident driving on them and plan to put them on the back of my car soon. They are great value for a mid-range tyre.

Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5)
Tyre review for Goodyear Eagle F1 (Asymmetric 5) 225/50R17
I feel great. The wear seems to be even and they have plenty of tread remaining. I was a little worried about having a hybrid because the batteries make it a little heavier.

On the driver's side B-pillar, on the tyre-pressure and loading label, which is visible when the driver's door is opened, is tyre info for the Saab 9-3. The label lists the original tyre dimensions along with the load and speed ratings and their corresponding cold pressures. Since the 9-3 has different wheel and tyre options, always cross-reference with the handbook.
It is not necessary to replace all four tyres in Saab 9-3 front-wheel drive versions; however, tyres must be the same size and type on each axle. For Saab 9-3 XWD versions, all four tyres must be matched closely in rolling circumference, which may require all four to be replaced. If two new tyres are put on the car, they should be placed on the rear axle.
