There are many wheel options and various front-rear setups, so make sure you have your registration and check the label in your owner’s manual.
All four wheels do not have to be replaced on the Gallardo, however, both axles must have matching wheels. On the all-wheel drive Gallardos, all four wheels must match, so if that is not possible, all four wheels will have to be replaced. Because both the front and rear wheels are different sizes, new axle pairs must be replaced on opposite sides.
