These tyres provide great performance on my vehicle. They offer excellent traction in both dry and wet conditions. The mileage is great as well. While I usually get between 10,000 and 12,000 miles from my rear tyres with other top-end brands recommended for Porsches, I have been able to get 16,000 miles from the Michelins.

265/40 R18 is used on many large performance saloons including staggered wheel set-ups on the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. 265 is the tyre width in mm, and 40 is the ratio. 40% of 265mm equals a sidewall of 106mm. R18 means there is a radial tyre on an 18-inch rim, resulting in an overall diameter of 669mm. The sidewall has less flex on rougher roads. Tyres.co.uk stocks the 265/40 R18 including the XL versions.
