5/5Yokohama BluEarth Winter V905I changed the tyres on my Tesla Model Y, which is rear-wheel drive, because my summer Bridgestone tyres were awful in the snow. I chose Winter tyres to give me better grip. These new ones are excellent. The car goes through deep water and snow without any issues. The only downside I suppose is the added road noise, but you get used to it very quickly. I will change to summer tyres in April, but I am genuinely happy with these and the price was good. I strongly recommend these for a Tesla.
4/5Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 (K127)These tyres are an acceptable substitute for the Hankook tyres found on my 2022 Tesla Model Y. Previously, I had the Hankook S1 Evo3 tyres that had "EV", "Sound Absorber" and "T2" Tesla approval labels. I think they were a bit quieter, however, they were out of stock when I had to replace a tyre due to a puncture, so I got these as they were a little cheaper.

4/5Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3 EV (K127E)Excellent performance for EVs in wet conditions and wears well, especially for a heavy electric vehicle. I expect to get more mileage before needing to replace them than with the original Bridgestone tyres.
