What happens if I miss my fitting appointment?

If you miss your fitting appointment, or cannot attend it for any reason, please inform us as soon as you can.

Rescheduling

Your appointment will be rescheduled for a different date and time, which will be suitable to you, at the same fitting centre. The fitting centre will keep your tyres until the new appointment.

Informing us about your absence beforehand

If you know beforehand that you will not be able to make your appointment, please inform us, or the fitting centre, at your earliest convenience. This allows the garage to manage their time more efficiently and allows us to rebook you more quickly.
