What we assess
- Equipment standards: The possession of adequate professional equipment for fitting and balancing tyres
- Staff standards: Fitters should have training and experience in the fitting of tyres and the safety of the vehicle
- Customer feedback: We actively review customer feedback
- Reliability: Garages should carry out bookings in a timely manner to the required standards
Ongoing assessment
We do not just assess centres when they join our network. We carry out review, service and fulfilment gap assessments. We remove from our network garages that fail to uphold quality standards.
