Nankang NS-2R Race Street 180 is a summer track day tyre for road legal circuit use. The tyre makes use of 180 UTQG Treadwear rating and targets drivers using the same car both on road and on the circuit. It is a directional tyre with 3 grooves around the tyre and a continuous centre rib for improved steering precision. Outside blocks make up for a solid shoulder, and the casing is strengthened to maintain its shape under load and cornering.
The number 180 refers to road and circuit compound, and the NS-2R 120 is the other compound for competition use.
