Replaced my decade-old Mud Tyres with KO3 All Terrain ones. From the beginning, I noticed these were much quieter on all tarmacs and made for a smoother ride at 65mph on dual carriageways. So far, they have also been really good off-road.

Performed the job satisfactorily but I was expecting slightly better.

235/85 R16 is a tall 4x4 tyre used on some Land Rover Defender models where clearance is important. The first number is the width of the tyre in mm, the second number is the aspect ratio, and in this case is 85 %, making the sidewall height about 200mm. R16 signifies the tyre is radial, and it is fitted on a 16-inch rim. The overall diameter is 806mm. The tall sidewall is also an advantage when driving off road giving a softer ride.
