If a registration search shows multiple tyre sizes, it is quite a common occurrence for multiple vehicles.

Reason for occurrence.

Many cars have manufacturer approvals for various tyre sizes depending on trim level, factory wheel options and optional upgrades. For example a car could be fitted with 16, 17 or 18 inch wheels each requiring a different set of tyres.

Which one to choose.

• The size markings on the sidewall of your current tyres indicate the tyre size of your vehicle
• This size should correspond to one of the options shown in the search results
• If in doubt, either check the rim diameter engraved on the alloy wheel or simply measure the wheel diameter
