What happens after I place my order?

When your order is confirmed, we take care of all the details.

If you ordered a fully fitted service, here is what to expect:

• An email containing your order confirmation, order number, tyre details, fitting centre location, and appointment time
• Your tyres will be sent to the fitting location prior to your scheduled date
• On the day of your appointment, arrive at the fitting centre. Your tyres will be fitted and balanced and will be ready for you.

For mail order service, here is what to expect

• Confirmation email with order details
• Tracking details sent via email after dispatch
• All tyres will be at your specified address within 2 to 4 working days
