Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order. However, this depends on where your order is in the fulfilment process.

Before dispatch or fitting

We can cancel your order and issue a full refund if your tyres have yet to be dispatched to the fitting centre or your address.

After dispatch, but before fitting

We can process the fitting cancellation and issue a refund if the tyres have been dispatched to the centre but have not yet been fitted.

After fitting

They will be classified as used and will not be subject to any returns or refund under our standard returns policy once tyres have been fitted to your car.

Order cancellation process.

We will issue the order cancellation as soon as we receive your order number.
