A few minutes of preparation before your appointment helps ensure everything goes smoothly.

Before you go

• Locate your locking wheel nut key — Check the glovebox, spare wheel well or boot toolkit. The fitter needs this to remove your wheels.
• Confirm the fitting centre address and time — Check your order confirmation email for the details
• Note any dashboard warnings — If you have a TPMS light on or any other tyre-related warnings, mention these to the fitter when you arrive
• Ensure the car is accessible — Make sure there is nothing blocking the wheel arches or inside the car that would prevent access
