Our fitting partner standards

We are selective about which garages join our network because the fitting experience is a direct reflection of our service.

What we assess

• Equipment standards — Garages must have professional tyre fitting and wheel balancing equipment
• Technician capability — Fitters must be trained and experienced in tyre fitting and vehicle safety
• Customer reviews — We monitor feedback from customers who have used each centre
• Reliability — Centres must consistently complete bookings on time and to the expected standard

Ongoing monitoring

We do not just assess centres at the point of joining. We continuously monitor customer feedback, completion rates and service quality. Garages that do not maintain our standards are removed from the network.
