Product description & features

The General Grabber AT3 tyres use TracGen Technology for fabrication of the tread design which aids the Grabber AT3 in gaining traction on loose and wet surfaces. The outer blocks are mud and stone escape pathways, and the traction edges in the grooves base press into the gravel. The central blocks support the tyre along the paved roads. The Grabber AT3 uses the DuraGen Technology for added support and protection against the stone tracks.

The Grabber AT3 tyres replaced the Grabber AT2 tyres. With the 3PMSF and M+S markings on the sidewall of the Grabber AT3, the tyres have clearance for snow traction. Comfort Balance Technology reduces the noise from the tyre grooves as air passes through with the aid of sound-barrier blocks. You can find General Grabber AT3 tyres at Tyres.co.uk.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
I really appreciate these all-terrain tyres. I am on my second full set and they are still doing amazing. They hardly increase noise but they do have tons more grip off-road. Definitely recommend.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
I purchased this tyre as a spare for the set I already have on my car. The original four were also purchased from Tyres.co.uk. I chose this specific tyre brand/model for better 'off-road' capabilities and it has delivered.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
I am genuinely impressed by the handling of these tyres in muddy and snowy conditions. Unlike road tyres, I can now confidently drive into the horse field without the worry of getting stuck. It's a no brainer that I will replace all my tyres with General Grabbers. There's nothing to complain about regarding fuel consumption or road noise. Well worth the money.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
At first, I was doubtful of switching from road-specific tyres to a more aggressive all-terrain tread due to potential noise increases and loss of road handling. They impressed me by performing nearly as well as the Contis in dry conditions, being just as dependable in wet conditions and considerably better in snow. I also love that the Grabber tyres have the 3 Peaks Mountain Snowflake symbol! They also look just like they belong on the Jeep.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
Wrangler tyres provide better grip, braking, and power transfer on road surface. With the AT3s, steering is easier, and I've experienced only minor increases in noise and fuel consumption. The AT3s also have a significant advantage over the Wranglers when it comes to off-road driving, especially in muddy conditions. I believe the advantages for off-road driving outweigh the minor disadvantages for on-road driving.

Tyre review for General Grabber AT3 255/60R18 112H XL
I replaced the BF Goodrich A/T tyres on my Ranger Raptor with General Grabber AT3s. The truck drives noticeably better and is no longer boatlike. The Grabbers perform much better on wet roads, and I've gained about 50 miles per tank, which has improved fuel economy. They are also quiet on the motorway. They are not as smooth over bumps as the BFs, but the difference is minimal. Off-road, I've been to multiple club 4x4 events and go off-road for work quite often. They have always performed well and managed the snow well on my Cairngorm trip. The tyres are extremely well tested, and that is why I have yet to find better.
