The BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 is designed for advanced mud and rock traction for a mud-terrain 4x4 tyre. Its 3-high ply polyester casing protects against rough shredding trails and is designed with a tread pattern that clears packed earth. The Krawl-TEK compound is designed to stick to rock when the tyre is run at lower pressures. The KM3 features wide tread separation for mud to be released from the tyre. The Mud-Phobic Bars help to disrupt muddy traction and the sidewall traction bars provide additional grip.
The KM3 also replaces the Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 and BFGoodrich also claims that the KM3 is able to achieve 5% better mud and 8% better rock traction when compared to the KM2.
