Great grip for both wet and dry, and steady handling whilst braking. Good cornering and plenty of feedback; road noise can change with the surface but is unremarkable. Tyre lifespan doesn't bother me as long as they are safe, but they appear to last based on driving style. I've never paid much attention to fuel efficiency.

I certainly recommend them. Unfortunately, I don't drive much and they do wear out over time, but I would say they are a perfect fit for my Focus RS and my overall driving style.

285/30 R21 is a low profile tyre size that comes as standard on the BMW Alpina B7. It is straightforward; first, 285 represents tyre width which is 285mm, second 30 is the sidewall height which is 30% of the width making it 86mm, third is R which is for radial tyre, and lastly is 21 which is the size of the rim in inches.
