Can I return tyres after they have been fitted?

Returning fitted tyres

No. Once tyres are fitted to a vehicle, they are considered used and cannot be returned according to our standard returns policy. This applies even if the tyres were only mounted for a short period of time.

If there is a defect

If a fitted tyre has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, contact us with your order number, and describe the issue. This will be addressed as a warranty or quality issue, not a standard return.
