Refunds on returned tyres will be processed after the tyres have been received and inspected in order to ensure the tyres are acceptable for a refund. This generally takes 5 to 10 working days. Refunds are processed using the original payment method provided during checkout.

Please contact us to initiate an investigation if 10 working days have passed and a refund has yet to be issued.
