What happens if my tyres arrived damaged or incorrect?

Please get in touch with us immediately if your tyres are damaged, or if they are not the correct tyres that you ordered.

What to do

• Do not install the tyres to your car
• Document any damage or incorrect items with pictures
• Provide us with your order number plus the pictures

What we will do

We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping expenses. We will also reschedule your fitting appointment if it has been booked in order to allow time for the replacement to be delivered.
