What condition do tyres need to be in for a return?
Returned tyres must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
- Unfitted: Tyres must not be mounted to a wheel or rim
- Unused: Tyres must not have been driven on, even in a brief scenario
- Unmarked: Tyres must show no evidence of mounting marks, scuffs, or damaged beads
- Undamaged: Tyres must show no signs of cuts, punctures, or structural damage
Tyres that show any signs of having been fitted, used, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
