The Hankook Ventus Prime 4 (K135) is a high-performance tyre for summer use with a focus on wet road braking. A design made with high-load silica technology assists in even pressure distribution throughout the tread, as well as improved grip on wet roads. The Ventus Prime 4 (K135) employs a unique design of 4 longitudinal grooves, as well as outer edge blocks designed with 3D interlocking grooves to maintain structural integrity during braking and cornering.

Hankook’s Ventus Prime 4 (K135) tyre sells within the company’s touring range as the successor to the Ventus Prime 3 (K135) tyre. This tyre has improved wet performance as well as a 20% increase in tyre lifespan. They provide good traction on both wet and dry surfaces and increase your confidence. Fuel consumption also seems to have improved slightly. After 5000 miles, wear and tear seem really promising too.

Reviews and price were positive. The tyres look decent, not very noisy, and I'm hoping they will last a long time and be good on fuel, but this will be determined over time. Purchasing and fitting the tyres was simple. I'll come back next time.

Far more affordable than my previous Michelins and far quieter than them as well. For the time being, I will say the handling on these is quite good, although I can't say how well they will last, as I'm sure the Michelins lasted far longer. My car tends to be noisy on the road, so these tyres work well for me.

They're great for handling on dry surfaces. I've tried to make them slide on the wet surface, but couldn't do it. This means they're very dependable, maybe even as dependable as the best ones I've had, like Goodyear and Bridgestone. The original Continental run-flats on the car were the worst. Although we don't drive a lot each year, that mileage is split between three cars. One of our cars did a 3,000 mile trip to Italy with Hankook tyres and they were good. However, I haven't evaluated how long the Hankook tyres last yet; so, I still haven't assessed that.
