A pair of standard tyre fitments takes 30-60 minutes, and a 4-set takes 45-90 minutes. It will take the same amount of time to fit either a pair or 4-set to the other axle too. There is a possibility of needing extra fitments to balance, as well as new valve fitments. Additionally, there will be a delay caused by stuck wheel nuts.

There are mobile fitments available, but this depends on the date and your postcode. To see the available options with the minimum amount of browsing, search for the tyres first, then look for mobile fitment when selecting how and where you would like your tyres fitted.
If you want to enter your registration, this will automatically show the correct sizes. However, you can read the tyre size off the wall side of the current tyre (for example 205/55 R16). Then you can search for tyres. If you are unsure, or your vehicle has different tyre sizes on the front and back, registration search is usually the best option.
