Fitting time usually varies between about 30-60 minutes. This depends on how busy the garage is, and how many tyres you are getting replaced. If you are getting wheel balancing, valves replaced, or an alignment check, then time will be extended getting all that done.
Next day fitting is subject to tyre availability and garage fitting slots. To achieve the best chances, order as early as possible and look for the first available fitting date and time during the booking process.
