Our returns policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return your tyres, here is how our policy works.
What can be returned
- Tyres that have not been fitted to a vehicle
- In unused, undamaged, original condition
- Within 14 days of receipt
What cannot be returned
- Tyres that have been fitted to a vehicle, even briefly
- Tyres that show signs of use, mounting marks or damage
How to arrange a return
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and confirm the process. Please do not return tyres without contacting us first.
