Returns due to our error

If you are returning tyres because we sent the wrong product, the tyres arrived damaged, or there was another error on our part, we will cover the return postage costs.

Change of mind returns

If you are returning unfitted tyres because you have changed your mind, return postage costs may apply. The exact cost will be confirmed when you contact us to arrange the return.
