Can I return tyres after they have been fitted?

Returning fitted tyres

No. Once tyres have been fitted to a vehicle, they are considered used and cannot be returned under our standard returns policy. This applies even if the tyres were only mounted briefly.

If there is a defect

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with a fitted tyre, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. This would be handled as a warranty or quality issue, not a standard return.
