What condition do tyres need to be in for a return?

Return condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, tyres must be in the same condition as when you received them:

• Unfitted — Not mounted on a wheel or rim
• Unused — Not driven on, even briefly
• Unmarked — No mounting marks, scuffs or bead damage
• Undamaged — No cuts, punctures or structural damage

Tyres that show any signs of having been fitted, used or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
