If your tyres arrive damaged or do not match what you ordered, contact us straight away.
What to do
- Do not fit the tyres to your vehicle
- Take photographs of the damage or incorrect product
- Contact us with your order number and photos
What we will do
We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return costs. If you have a fitting appointment booked, we will rearrange it to accommodate the replacement delivery.
